FERPA
NTAi strictly adheres to the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA). If you have any questions regarding FERPA, please visit http://www2.ed.gov/policy/gen/guid/fpco/ferpa/index.html.
Clock Hours
NTAi courses are taught on a 20 clock hour per week schedule. Instruction is delivered 4 days a week (Monday-Thursday) and lab sessions are done after hours, Fridays and some Saturdays.

The first step in the process is to schedule a personal interview. This can be done in person, or over the phone. During this preliminary interview a counselor will discuss past experience, future goals and current technical knowledge. The counselor will make suggestions about a program or course which is most appropriate for the student’s goals.
Depending on a student’s needs, NTAi will offer a monthly payment plan or work study. If the student wishes to enroll they must complete an application form and enrollment form. There is a $25 non-refundable application fee.
TRADE/Workforce Work Study
Financial Aid is not available but NTAi recognizes many students are unemployed or underemployed. Their tuition is paid for by Massachusetts Department of Career Services TRADE or Workforce Investment Board training vouchers. As a result of our student needs we have a generous Work Study Program. The NTAi Work Study program is a “work in lieu of tuition payment program” designed to help students meet educational expenses through meaningful employment. The Director assists students who qualify for work study to find part-time employment positions within NTAi. Jobs vary and range from assisting in classrooms to working as an assistant in Administration. Details are available in the Administration Office. Ask a Director for assistance in how this program is conducted.
